  • Spellings of names vary. Sometimes KoKo was spelled with a hyphen, sometimes not. Also, with cast and crew names, sometimes the full name was used, other times a shortened version (Isidore or Izzy Sparber). Wherever we could, we followed the spelling on the actual film.

  • In some instances, a film had two or more titles (KoKo's Katch; AKA, KoKo's Krazy Katch; AKA Koko's Crazy Korner). In other instances, the same title was used for two different films, released at different times (The Sidewalks of New York, released in 1925 and 1929). To be as inclusive as possible, we included all title variations as separate entries. This means there are more titles than actual films.

  • This is a work in progress. Rather than wait until all the all the information was completely filled in (an ongoing and lengthy process), we wanted to start sharing the filmography as soon as possible. Check back often to see how we're doing!
