This 10-page memo includes five potential story ideas for the Fleischers' second feature-length film. Dated March 19, 1939, it was circulated among Fleischer staff. While none of these were made into feature films, Raggedy Ann and Andy was later made into a Fleischer Studios 17 minute Color Classic film.
